Ultra-thin 100-micron aluminium foil laminate with paper or PE backing. The lightest, most cost-efficient barrier in our foil family — printable via rotogravure and heat-sealable. Ideal for high-volume pharma strip foil, tea sachets, coffee sticks and single-serve FMCG. Delivered in reels of any width up to 1500 mm.

The industry-standard 200-micron laminated foil for high-barrier pouches and stand-up bags. Combines an absolute barrier to moisture, oxygen and light with excellent print retention. The go-to substrate for premium coffee, tea, snacks and pharma sachet packs. Available with 1–3 print layers and hot-tack heat-seal coating.

Heavy 300-micron laminated foil built for demanding premium packs. Delivers puncture resistance, dimensional stability and a luxurious hand-feel for high-end cosmetic sachets, pharma unit-dose packs and retort applications. Optional matte, gloss or embossed finish for shelf-standout.

PE-coated aluminium foil, metalized PET or metalized BOPP in 15–30 micron thickness. Combines a low-emissivity reflective surface with a heat-sealable PE layer. The workhorse composite for insulation facings, food overwraps and pharma pouches. Excellent printability and consistent reflectivity above 90%.

Aluminium foil bonded to a tri-directional fibreglass scrim for tear-resistance and dimensional stability. Used as an insulation facing where standard foil would tear during installation. Delivers heavy-duty performance for HVAC duct wrap, cold-storage panel facing and industrial pipeline jacketing.

Paper + PE + aluminium foil three-layer composite — the most versatile mid-tier barrier laminate. Widely used for sachet packaging in FMCG, pharma and personal-care applications. Combines printability of paper, heat-seal of PE and barrier of foil in a single roll. Available in 60–120 GSM paper backing.

Paper + PE + foil + copolymer four-layer overwrap laminate. Adds an extra heat-seal copolymer layer for high-speed vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines. The preferred substrate for high-volume tea, coffee and pharma sachet lines running at 300+ packs per minute.

Advanced five-layer construction combining paper, PE, foil, tie-layer and specialty heat-seal for pharma and premium FMCG applications. Delivers the absolute barrier plus enhanced puncture resistance, seal integrity and shelf life exceeding 24 months. Compliant with USP, EU and BIS pharma-grade regulations.
